The material

How this grade works and where it fits — exact parameters are defined in the TDS.

Solvent-free, low-viscosity liquid polysilazane resin, used as a coating binder and for resin modification.

Applications

  • High-temperature anti-corrosion coatings for metals in industrial use

  • Release coatings for rollers and moulds

  • Impregnation of porous preforms or textiles, and resin transfer moulding (RTM)

  • Suitable for metal, glass and plastic substrates

Choose this grade when the coating must be cured by UV or heat and then converted to ceramic: 80–85% ceramic yield, 7–9H hardness, and 1000 °C peak resistance after ceramisation.

Final fit is confirmed during technical review — send your substrate, operating environment and application process, and the team will confirm this grade or point you to a closer one.
