The material

How this grade works and where it fits — exact parameters are defined in the TDS.

Low-viscosity liquid polysilazane resin for hydrophobic coatings, release coatings and flexible heat- and corrosion-resistant coatings. Its service temperature — below 600 °C in air — sits above the polysilazane liquid resins in the range, which are rated below 500 °C; only the boron-modified EK-SiBCN, rated to 1700 °C, goes higher. The cured film stays flexible rather than hard.

Choose this grade for release duty at temperature, or where the coating has to sit on rubber and flex with it. Of the polysilazane liquid resins it is the only one rated to 600 °C rather than 500 °C; for service well above that, see EK-SiBCN.
