Solid polysilazane resin for fibre prepregs, high-temperature adhesives and plastic modification masterbatches. Unlike the liquid grades in the range this is a thermoplastic solid: it softens rather than flows, which is what makes it spinnable and suitable for melt extrusion alongside thermoplastics. The softening point is set to order between 40 and 120 °C.

Choose this grade when the process needs a solid, meltable precursor rather than a liquid resin — fibre spinning, prepreg manufacture or compounding. It is not a coating and is not supplied in bottles.

Storage, packaging & transport

Use in a well-ventilated area. Close the container immediately after use to keep contaminants and moisture out of the product. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Shelf life 12 months. Supplied in 1 kg and 5 kg aluminium foil bags and in 25 kg iron-banded flanged plastic drums; custom packaging on request.
