Solvent-free high-viscosity liquid polysilazane resin used as a coating binder and for resin modification. The high viscosity allows films of 0.1–0.4 mm, against the 4–6 µm typical of the low-viscosity grades. It cures by heat, by free-radical initiation or catalytically.

Choose this grade when the job needs real film build rather than a thin functional layer — heavy-duty industrial anticorrosion where 4–6 µm would not survive. Requires an oven step at 150 °C.

Ceramic yield 80–85% by TGA. Pencil hardness 7–9H. Adhesion grade 0. Heat resistance below 500 °C in air; after ceramisation the coating withstands a peak temperature of 1000 °C for extended periods. Shelf life 12 months. Values measured on a 304 stainless steel substrate, blade-coated and air-dried. Both temperature figures are reproduced as given in the technical description.

Use in a well-ventilated area. Close the container immediately after use to keep contaminants and moisture out of the product. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Shelf life 12 months. Supplied in 1 L and 5 L aluminium bottles and in 25 L and 200 L PE-lined steel drums; custom packaging on request.
