SiBCN resin — a boron-modified polysilazane forming the silicon–boron–carbon–nitrogen ceramic system. It offers good adhesion, wave-transparent behaviour, self-healing at high temperature, and good high-temperature creep resistance and thermo-oxidative protection. Its 1700 °C rating is far above the 500–600 °C of the other liquid grades in the range.
Choose this grade when service temperature is beyond what conventional polysilazanes reach, or when the coating must be radar-transparent. Pick the low-viscosity grade for impregnation and pore sealing, the high-viscosity grade for higher boron content and ceramic yield.

Supplied as two grades. Low-viscosity grade: 10–30 cSt, boron content 0.5–3 wt%, ceramic yield ≥50%. High-viscosity grade: ≥1000 cSt, boron content 0.5–12 wt%, ceramic yield ≥60%. Ceramic yield measured at 1200 °C under nitrogen. Temperature resistance up to 1700 °C in an oxidising environment. Both grades are customisable. Shelf life 12 months.

Use in a well-ventilated area. Close the container immediately after use to keep contaminants and moisture out of the product. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Shelf life 12 months. Supplied in 1 L and 5 L aluminium bottles and in 25 L and 200 L PE-lined steel drums; custom packaging on request.
